Manchester United might not have fully replaced the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic or Patrice Evra just yet in terms of ability, but Marcos Rojo is helping to replace them in other ways.

Rojo wears his heart on his sleeve and has always done so since day one. That’s something which helps endear him to United fans because he is so committed in everything he does on the pitch.

Currently, Rojo is away on international duty with Argentina for the Copa America and the defender is just as passionate with his country as he is his club.

Argentina’s official Twitter account was sending out photos of some players’ kits from the dressing room and sent out a picture of Rojo’s:

Rojo’s United inspired shin-pads are a real class touch from him that shows how close to his heart the club is.

He just gets it and what it means to be a United player. The club now means more to Rojo than just being another football club.

Yesterday, Rojo launched his own brand new personal website as well and there was a simple hashtag used: #ROJOISRED
