Sergio Ramos wants to leave Real Madrid, the Spanish side are happy to let him go and Manchester United want to sign him, according to Spanish journalist Diego Torres.
Man United have been strongly linked with a move for Ramos in recent days and the club reportedly submitted an offer of over £30m for him on Thursday.
The Spaniard had been negotiating a new contract at the Bernabeu but talks were said to have broken down due to Madrid’s unwillingness to pay Ramos the €10m yearly wage he wants.
Torres has now confirmed on Twitter that the player is all set for a move to Old Trafford. Translated, his tweet reads: “Ramos wants to leave. United want to sign him. Madrid want to transfer him. It would be rare that this does not end as everyone wants to.”
10) Ramos quiere irse. El United quiere ficharle. El Madrid quiere traspasarle. Sería raro que esto no acabe como todos desean.

The news will delight United fans, who have been getting more and more excited about Ramos’ potential arrival.
He is an unbelievable player and one who would go a long way to making United a force in the Premier League once again.
However, it looks likely that David de Gea will go the other way, although United’s opening offer on Thursday was a separate cash bid and not a swap deal.
