Fenerbahce have released a statement confirming that Manchester United winger Nani will arrive in Turkey at 20:00 PM local time (18:00 GMT) and will undergo his medical this evening.
The Portuguese international just needs to complete his medical before he can complete the move to Fenerbahce in a £4.25m deal.
His agent has been negotiating the move to Fenerbahce for some time but it is now just hours away from being finalised, so long as there are no complications with his medical.
Nani, 29, will become the latest player to have been released by Louis van Gaal following five others whose contracts expired including Tom Cleverley, Ben Amos and Tom Thorpe.
Last summer saw a total of 14 players leave United in either permanent or loan deals and Van Gaal is expected to be just as ruthless this year in order to trim the fat from his squad.
Nani could be followed out of the exit door by the likes of Robin van Persie and Jonny Evans in order to get his squad in the shape he wants to compete for the Premier League title next season.
