Match preview and team news: Manchester United vs PSG

Manchester United’s final game of this summer’s pre-season tour against Paris St-Germain kicks off in the early hours of Thursday morning (for those in the UK).

With three wins out of three so far in USA, including a convincing 3-1 win over Barcelona, Louis van Gaal‘s side will be going into this game full of confidence.

PSG should be another great test for the team and as it is the last game before the season kicks off against Tottenham Hotspur on 8 August, Van Gaal will want to finish on a confident note.

The game against PSG will also give fans the biggest indication as to what the starting XI against Spurs will be because Van Gaal is likely to give those players as much time on the pitch as possible.

With United in good form and confidence flowing through the team, there is every chance they will come out with another win and finish the pre-season with four wins from four.

Ahead of the game, our editor Sam Peoples previewed the game for United Peoples TV. Check out the video at the top of the page.
