Manchester United store down for maintenance ahead of Adidas kit launch

Manchester United’s online store has been taken offline for maintenance ahead of an ‘exciting’ announcement which we all know is tomorrow’s release of the new kit.

It will be the first time Man United have worn an Adidas kit since the 1990s and fans are keen to see the kit finally be released after months of mock-ups.

United have got a big job on their hands getting everything ready at Old Trafford in time because Nike’s swoosh ticks are everywhere in and around the stadium.

Ahead of the launch, they’ll need to remove any Nike branding and replace it with Adidas, so there’ll be plenty of work going through the night tonight to get it ready in time.

The kit already looks to have been leaked and released, just like it is every year ahead of launch, so fans know what it looks like.

However, tomorrow will be the first time that fans can buy the new kit and there’ll no doubt be plenty of Schweinsteiger, Schneiderlin, Depay, Darmian and Romero shirts sold.
