FC Barcelona’s Pedro Rodriguez wants to join Manchester United for his career

Pedro wants to join Manchester United in an effort to get more playing time, according to Andy Mitten.

The 28-year-old struggled to make Barcelona’s starting XI last year due to the excellent performances of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez which kept him out of the side.

Pedro is not seen as a starter by Luis Enrique but the Barcelona manager does not want to see him leave, as he offers an attacking option that can open up defences and score goals as teams tire in the latter stages of games.

One of Pedro’s main assets is his speed and Man United seem willing to part ways with €30m in order to land the attacking midfielder.

Mitten also revealed he will earn more money at United than he does at Barcelona.

Pedro has quite an impressive CV having won every competition there is to win in both national and domestic competitions and in that sense, he’d bring a wealth of experience to the club.

He could be a steal at €30m and could offer the kind of attacking threat that the departing Angel di Maria could not produce during his time at the club.
