He’s a red! Bastian Schweinsteiger’s brilliant celebration after Marouane Fellaini’s goal

Bastian Schweinsteiger was delighted when Marouane Fellaini‘s goal went in against Club Brugge and couldn’t help but have a little celebration on his own.

The German midfielder was brought on by Louis van Gaal at half-time for Michael Carrick in an attempt to give Man United a stronger hold on the game and it was a substitution that had a great effect.

While Club Brugge posed a real threat in the first half, United really tightened it up in the second and overall the Belgian side only had one shot on target for the whole game.

Having somebody like Schweinsteiger to bring on from the bench is something that any team in the world would love to have and after Carrick’s shaky first half performance, you get the feeling the German will soon become first choice for Van Gaal when he is fit.

One thing is for sure – Schweinsteiger is a red.
