Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj has joined Borussia Dortmund on a season long loan.
The 20-year-old Belgian will wear the No.9 shirt in Germany.
Januzaj enjoyed a good pre-season tour where he improved with every performance and a strong showing away at Aston Villa seemingly proved to Louis van Gaal what he can do this season, but it has proved not to be the case.
As much as it would have been great to see Januzaj flourish this season at Man United, the question that needs to be asked is how much game time would he have got under van Gaal? Probably not enough at this stage of his career.
Here is a picture of Januzaj with his new shirt:

If Dortmund can give Januzaj the game time he needs at this stage of his career, it could end up being a wonderful loan spell which brings him back to United next year ready to fully do the No.11 shirt justice which he was given after Ryan Giggs retired.
