Borussia Dortmund are in advanced talks with Manchester United over taking Adnan Januzaj on loan this summer.
Sky Sports say Everton, Marseille, Valencia and Tottenham Hotspur have all shown interest in signing the 20-year-old Belgian this summer but that Dortmund are the club in discussion with Man United.
With a deal for AS Monaco’s Anthony Martial now looking like it is going to happen, Januzaj would find his game time limited at United this season even more so than it already would have been, so a loan move might be considered by some as the right option for his career.
However, it could leave United with a real lack of depth given there is so much competitive football this season and a couple of inevitable injuries could cause Louis van Gaal some problems.
Januzaj does deserve, and need, regular first-team football and if he does go out on loan to Borussia Dortmund, it could be a great learning experience for him.
