Manchester United defender Luke Shaw put in yet another brilliant performance against Swansea City on Sunday but couldn’t prevent a 2-1 loss.
Shaw has been a standout player for Man United so far this season and his display was a bright spark in an otherwise timid game for the Reds.
The 20-year-old bagged the assist for Juan Mata‘s opening goal and was constantly a threat on United’s left-hand-side. However, Shaw was slightly found out for Swansea’s winner, when Gylfi Sigurdsson played in Bafetimbi Gomis from the wing.
United supporters were still pleased with the Englishman’s performance:
Luke Shaw again being United's main outlet. Always there on the overlap.

Shaw will be hoping to be named in Roy Hodgson’s England squad and his performances have shown that he would definitely deserve a call-up. It will be an opportunity for the young full-back to continue his good form in a different setting.
The former Southampton man had an uninspiring first season at United, when nothing seemed to go right for him. He has turned his fortunes around this year after putting in some hard work in pre-season and is beginning to look like the player all United fans thought he would be.
