Manchester United goalkeeper Kieran O’Hara has returned to the club following the end of a one-month loan spell with Morecambe.
The 19-year-old youngster didn’t manage to get any game time during the four week stint in League Two but is still happy with the experience he gained there and is looking forward to returning to Man United.
O’Hara will come in as direct competition for Joel Castro Pereira in United’s U21s and it’ll be tough for him to get minutes as well, so it’s a challenge he’ll have to try and overcome to force his way back into Warren Joyce’s U21s.

United are a bit spoilt for choice at all levels right now when it comes to youngsters but that opens up an opportunity for O’Hara because he’ll now be training alongside Victor Valdes as the Spaniard isn’t currently allowed to take part in first-team training.
Regardless of what has gone on between Valdes and Louis van Gaal, training with Valdes is a huge chance for O’Hara to learn from an excellent goalkeeper with bags of experience – that can only help him develop so is certainly a good thing.
