Luke Shaw has been out and about on the streets of Manchester as he steps up his recovery from the double leg break he suffered last month.
Shaw suffered a double fracture of his right leg following a heavy tackle from PSV Eindhoven’s Hector Moreno in the Champions League.
The youngster underwent surgery in Eindhoven following the injury and he is expected to be out until at least March.
Shaw visited Spinningfields Manchester this week and it was encouraging to see him using crutches comfortably.
Although he still has a long way to go in his recovery, it is amazing how the club’s doctors have gone him up so quickly.
It bodes well for the rest of his recovery period. United have a team of world-class medical professionals at their disposal and Shaw will be in the best possible hands over the next few months.
