Bastian Schweinsteiger says Manchester United are fully prepared for what could be a tough game tonight against CSKA Moscow.
Moscow are in excellent form so far in the Russian League having gone 12 games undefeated, winning ten and drawing two, and they are currently on top.
Facing that sort of team at home is always going to be dangerous and the weather conditions, plus the 4,000 mile round-trip, makes it altogether more difficult but Man United will be prepared for it.

As for Schweinsteiger himself, he’s one of the players I’d like to see rested for the Manchester derby this weekend. Expecting him to play against Moscow and then City only a few days later might be too much, plus Louis van Gaal has Michael Carrick available and the two of them have been regularly switched in and out of the team so far this season.
Beating Wolfsburg in the last UEFA Champions League game week was crucial because so long as United win all three of their home games, one draw away in Europe should be enough to secure qualification.
If United can pull off a great performance and beat CSKA Moscow tonight, it will put them in a very strong position in the group ahead of the final three games before the knockouts.
