Manchester United are set to resurrect their interest in Paris Saint-Germain forward Lucas Moura, according to L’Equipe.
Lucas came close to joining Man United in 2012 but PSG eventually sealed a €45m move for the Brazilian.
However, he has failed to make a real impact at the Parc des Prince and he could be tempted by a new challenge at Old Trafford.
Louis van Gaal has often spoke about how he wants to inject “pace and creativity” into his side and Lucas would fit the bill perfectly.
The forward is a tricky player with bags of pace and he could bring an unpredictability to United which they have been lacking in recent months.
As well as Lucas, United have been linked with moves for the likes of Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller and Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale. It remains to be seen who exactly United will bring in but it is good that the club are reportedly interested in the very best.
