Manchester United Starting XI vs Wolfsburg U19s: Dorrington; Warren, Tuanzebe, Williams, Hamilton; Gribbin, Fosu-Mensah, Willock, Redmond, Kehinde; Rashford.

Substitutes: Byrne, Dunne, Sang, Whelan, Kenyon, Boonen, Diedrick-Roberts.

Manchester United head to Wolfsburg for their final UEFA Youth League game knowing that only a win will give them any chance of qualifying for the knock-out stages.

They will need to beat Wolfsburg and hope CSKA Moscow beat PSV because then it could be enough for them to finish in second place.

It’s a shame that the U19s are in this position after what was a convincing win over PSV in the first group stage game but all they can now do is put in their best performance and also hope results go their way.

Speaking about the upcoming game, midfielder Devonte Redmond said: “In Europe, it’s a different style of play and a different competition and we’ve struggled a little bit to adapt to that. It’s a strong group but we’ll go to Wolfsburg confident we can win.

“That’s the thing, we know what we need to do over there. So we’ll be going to Germany to win the game and will see what happens in the group.”

Kick-off is at 3PM GMT.
