Anthony Martial has won the 2015 Golden Boy award which is given to Europe’s most talented youngster.
Voted for by journalists from 30 major European papers, Martial won the award ahead of Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman and Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin.
Given that he was relatively unknown until he moved to Manchester United, it’s the next step in Martial’s meteoric rise and shows how highly rated he is across Europe.

Martial started his Man United career in prolific form with three goals in his first three appearances and got back among the goals with a coolly taken finish against Wolfsburg, although it couldn’t help us qualify for the knock-out stages of the Champions League.
Looking ahead, Martial has all the attributes needed to become one of the best players in the world. We’ve seen already just how good he can be in front of goal but it’s the quality of his overall game which has impressed me the most.
Martial has a really bright future ahead of himself and hopefully he’ll be spending plenty of time at United becoming one of the world’s best.
