Bastian Schweinsteiger has to serve one more game of his domestic ban before he can return for Manchester United.
The German midfielder was given a three match suspension for an elbow during Man United’s game against West Ham and has already missed Bournemouth and Norwich.
With no football over the last couple of weeks, it will be interesting to see if Schweinsteiger comes straight back into the team but he’s obviously been working hard in training to try and maintain his fitness.

Right now, United need as many players as possible fit because we’re in a bad situation. Three consecutive losses mean Louis van Gaal is really feeling the pressure and another against Stoke could potentially see the Dutchman lose his job.
Schweinsteiger’s lack of games might mean he is re-integrated back into the team slowly but with the situation as bad as it currently is, van Gaal might feel obliged to bring him straight back in.
