Anthony Martial looked hard at work in training ahead of Manchester United’s FA Cup clash against Sheffield United on Saturday.
The Frenchman heads into the match on the back of a superb display against Swansea City last time out, scoring one goal and setting up Wayne Rooney for another.
Martial won the Man of the Match award for his performance and he will be hoping for more of the same in the Cup:
Aged just 20 years old, Martial is a central figure for Man United and arguably their most important attacking player.
Louis van Gaal would have been hoping to use him sparingly following his big money move from Monaco in the summer but it hasn’t quite panned out that way.
United are out of the Champions League and Capital One Cup and Martial will be central as they look to salvage something from their campaign. The youngster looked sharp in training but it remains to be seen if van Gaal rests him for the Cup tie.
