Jose Mourinho has identified Braga’s Rafa Silva as a summer transfer target ahead of his rumoured move to Manchester United, according to A Bola.
Portuguese winger Rafa has scored six goals and registered three assists in 32 appearances in all competitions for club and country this term.
Rumours last year suggested Man United had sent scouts to watch the 22-year-old but a deal never materialised.

A Bola: "The more than likely change of Mourinho to Old Trafford to succeed Louis van Gaal validates the theory of Rafa joining Man United."

However, Mourinho, who is reportedly set to replace Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford in the summer, has ‘reserved’ the player ahead of the next campaign.
It is clear that United are in need of a tricky, natural winger with pace and Rafa would certainly fit the bill.
If Mourinho does come in, he will likely want to make his mark on the squad and this summer could be a interesting one in terms of incomings and outgoings. That being said, United will want to focus on the short-term right now and their battle to make the top four of the Premier League.
