Luke Shaw was at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night watching Barcelona beat Arsenal 2-0 in their UEFA Champions League clash.
We’ve not heard much of an update from Shaw in a while but it looks like he’s out and about enjoying himself which can only be a bad thing.
The last official update Louis van Gaal gave us on Shaw’s recovery suggested he could be fit to play the Europa League final if Manchester United were to still be in it, so everything sounds like it is going to plan.

I miss Shaw on the left flank. Cameron Borthwick-Jackson is the closest we’ve come to adequately replacing him but he doesn’t really come close, that’s how good Shaw was doing before his injury.
After an underwhelming first season, Shaw put so much effort in through the summer and you could see how much of a difference it made because he looked like a completely different player. Yet, a cruel injury thwarted his progress.
Day by day, Shaw has been working just as hard since that double leg break to get himself back to fitness and United fans are collectively waiting in anticipation for the day he returns because we desperately miss his influence on the left.
