Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford has been named in Gazzetta dello Sport’s European Team of the Week following his two-goal display against Arsenal on Sunday.
Rashford, making his Premier League debut, scored a brace and created another as Man United secured a memorable 3-2 victory over the Gunners.
The performance capped a superb week for the 18-year-old, who had scored another two goals against FC Midtjylland in the Europa League on Thursday. Gazzetta dello Sport recognised Rashford’s efforts following the game:

In the space of a week, Rashford has gone from relative obscurity to being talked about as United’s saviour.
Anthony Martial has often been United’s most dangerous player this term but his absence through injury has gone completely unnoticed thanks to Rashford’s exploits.
Of course, his good spell won’t last forever, and there is still a lot of hard work for him yet if he is to make it at Old Trafford, but the youngster has got off to the best possible start.
