Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford looked far more dangerous on the right flank against Watford and Louis van Gaal may be tempted to keep him there for the trip to face West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.
Rashford started up top against Watford on Wednesday, with Anthony Martial on the left, but both players got much more involved when the team switched things around.
Rashford went from being on the periphery of things to one of Man United’s most dangerous players. The switch will be in van Gaal’s thinking ahead of West Brom:
Elsewhere, Daley Blind will consider himself lucky to keep his place in the heart of defence.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah, making his first start for United, looked far more composed than Blind against The Hornets.
