Andreas Pereira has insisted that “good things come to those who wait” as he continues to struggle for first team opportunities at Manchester United.
Pereira is highly regarded by coaches at supporters at Old Trafford but Louis van Gaal appears to be unconvinced by the Brazilian.
The likes of Marcus Rashford, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson and Timothy Fosu-Mensah have all made the step up from the academy structure this term but Pereira has been left in the cold. Despite the situation, Pereira is not getting downbeat:

Pereira reportedly wanted a loan move away from Old Trafford in the winter transfer window but a move was blocked by van Gaal.
The forward is too good for the U21s but perhaps he is too creative for van Gaal, who has favoured a slow, methodical approach this term.
Adnan Januzaj, too, is also suffering a similar fate. The hope is that Pereira doesn’t get too fed up and leave altogether as there is no doubt he will one day be a top player.
