Gianluca di Marzio has been very clear with his stance on Jose Mourinho and has reiterated that he is certain the Portuguese manager will be taking over at Manchester United.

The current reports in the wider press say Mourinho has signed a pre-contract agreement with United which guarantees himself up to €20m in payments from United if the deal is not finalised by specific dates.
Di Marzio is a journalist who has built his reputation in the transfer window with accurate information, like he was first to the Matteo Darmian story this summer with United. For him to put that on the line, on more than one occasion with this Mourinho saga, is risky unless he’s confident in the information he’s received.
As a disclaimer, we have seen plenty of journalists burned with transfer stories when they were certain of their sources but up until this point that hasn’t happened to Di Marzio. Will this be a first?
