The agent of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Mino Raiola, has hinted that Manchester United are among a number of Premier League clubs interested in signing the Paris Saint-Germain striker.
Ibrahimovic recently confirmed that he will leave PSG once his contract at the French club expires at the end of the campaign.
The Swede has been strongly linked with the likes of Arsenal, Man United and Chelsea and Raiola suggested that their interest is concrete.
“With the exception of Manchester City, where there is Guardiola, all the big clubs have knocked on the door,” he said.
Ibrahimovic criticised Guardiola, who will take over at City in the summer, in his autobiography following their time together at Barcelona.
Meanwhile, he was full of praise for Jose Mourinho, who is set to replace Louis van Gaal as manager of United in the summer. If United really are in for Ibrahimovic, they will be hoping that his strong relationship with Mourinho could swing negotiations in their favour.
