Juan Mata was left out of the Manchester United side that beat Everton in the FA Cup semi-final last time out and the Spaniard will be keen to return to the starting XI for the clash against Leicester City this weekend.
Leicester will win the Premier League title if they beat Man United at Old Trafford and Louis van Gaal will be keen to stop such a scenario from happening.
Jesse Lingard impressed in Mata’s absence against Everton but, against an organised Leicester outfit, the Spaniard’s creativity could come in handy:
United should enjoy the lion’s share of possession at Old Trafford but they will know that Leicester are deadly on the counter.
Mata is excellent at keeping the ball and picking a pass at the right time, although his lack of pace sometimes lets him down.
Elsewhere, Antonio Valencia will want to provide backup on the right hand side of the pitch, with his pace and power a useful asset in pushing the opposition back.
