Jose Mourinho has been officially announced as Manchester United’s new manager.
The Portuguese manager has signed a three-year deal with an option to extend to 2020.
Louis van Gaal was sacked on Monday and after a few days of intense negotiation, Man United have confirmed Mourinho’s arrival.
His arrival at United will send shockwaves through the Premier League because it could be a formidable partnership. He’s certainly shown his calibre against United throughout his career having only lost two times in 20 games across four different clubs.
The 2015/16 season under van Gaal was one to largely forget for United fans but there’s not a chance next year will be dull under Mourinho.
