Alan Shearer thinks it would be good for both Manchester United and the Premier League if Zlatan Ibrahimovic makes the move to Manchester this summer.
The big Swedish striker is out of contract having let his Paris St Germain contract expire and Man United are the club who are considered favourites to sign him.
Zlatan has been questioned directly about a move to United on more than one occasion and although nothing is yet confirmed there aren’t any clubs being linked with him quite as much as us.
Speaking about a potential move, Shearer hopes to see him come to Old Trafford: “I hope so, it would be good for him, the Premier League and Manchester United.”

Villareal defender Eric Bailly became Jose Mourinho‘s first signing as United boss but with gaps up front and in midfield, at least another two signings are expected and one very well might be Ibrahimovic. Like him or lump him, you simply cannot argue with his goalscoring and title winning career which spans over a decade.
Ibrahimovic grabbed the assist for Sweden’s equaliser against Ireland, in a game he was largely uninvolved, and whoever does end up signing him is certainly sure of getting a man who is more than capable of being a match winner in every game.
