Zlatan Ibrahimovic is already working hard ahead of his first season as a Manchester United player.
The Swede arrived at Old Trafford earlier this month, signing a one-year contract with the club, before taking some well earned time off after leading his country at Euro 2016.
However, with the pre-season starting in earnest next week, Ibrahimovic is already preparing for his next challenge.
The 34-year-old posted a video of himself on a treadmill, reminding his followers “hard work pays off.”

If anybody thought that Ibrahimovic, now 34, was preparing to take his foot off the gas upon arriving at Man United, they can think again because he’s ready to take things up a gear. He’s certainly got to live up to his reputation and if he wants to be at Ace Kingdom like he was in the Parc de Princes in France, he’ll need to bring his A-game.
He came to the club with an emphatic message: ‘I’m here to win’. Soon after, he smashed club power records during his medical. Now, after just one week, he is sharpening his knives ahead of his first season in England.
While rival supporters and pundits alike might question his ability (perhaps more out of fear than actual conviction), it’s impossible to question the Swede’s unbreakable winning mentality.
