Manchester United have completed the signing of Brentford striker Joshua Bohui.
The 17-year-old striker will join Man United’s U18s next season and becomes the latest addition by Nicky Butt with his wholesale changes for our academy system.
Bohui has represented England at U17s level and was set to be a second year scholar with Brentford but has now decided to move to United.
Here is a video to see a little bit of Bohui in action:

As well as Bohui, United signed Feyenoord teenager Tahith Chong to bolster our academy options and it’s clear Butt is intent on bringing in as much fresh talent as he can into our younger sides. Long gone are the days when all of our graduates come from Manchester and just the surrounding areas.
We are certainly in need of more options up front at U18s level and the departure of Ashley Fletcher means another spot has opened up in our U21s squad as well, so the arrival of a new striker won’t come as too much of a surprise to people.
