Here is the latest Manchester United transfer news and gossip.

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has banned all talk regarding Paul Pogba amid continued speculation over the 23-year-old’s impending move to Manchester United. The club launched a record £100m bid earlier this month, and talk surrounding the midfielder’s future has refused to die down.

Man United are prepared to trigger the €40m release clause of Palmeiras forward Gabriel Jesus, according to Brazilian paper UOL. The 19-year-old striker, dubbed the ‘next Neymar’ by many and backed by Ronaldo to be a future superstar, has also received interest from Manchester City throughout the summer.

Raphael Varane has reacted to speculation linking him with a move to Old Trafford this summer. Mourinho was said to be keen on brining him to Man United after working with the Frenchman during his time in charge at Real Madrid.

Man United are interesting in signing Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci, according to Manchester Evening News. Mourinho has already landed the signature of one central defender in Eric Bailly, joining from Villarreal last month for £30m, but is keen to further add to his defensive reinforcements, with the out of favour Marcos Rojo likely to leave this summer.
