Manchester United are set to loan Adnan Januzaj to Sunderland this summer, according to reports.
Januzaj is hoping to get his career back on track underneath David Moyes, who gave him his debut at Old Trafford.
He has endured a difficult two years at Man United, including his failed loan spell at Borussia Dortmund last campaign.
Daily Mail claim Man United are only willing to loan Januzaj as they want to avoid having to buy back former players with inflated fees as they did for Paul Pogba, who recently completed his world record transfer move back to Man United on Tuesday morning.
Moyes has also registered interest in United team-mates Padd McNair and Donald Love and is close to finalising deals for the two defenders this week.
Sunderland enquired about a permanent deal for the 21-year-old, but it’s good to see them learning from their mistakes and opting for a loan move.
Januzaj has shown plenty of potential during his time at Old Trafford and will be looking to re-find his spectacular form, and when he is back on track I’m sure United will be able to find a place for him in the first-team at Old Trafford.
