Manchester United defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has officially joined Wolves on loan for the season.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough campaign last year under Louis van Gaal but Jose Mourinho has decided to let him join the Championship club.

Borthwick-Jackson showed real promise in his debut season and I thought he would get a good opportunity at left-back under Mourinho. However, that’s clearly not going to be the case for this year the very least.
While I did agree with the other loan moves Mourinho has organised, I feel Borthwick-Jackson could have done a job at United this season as back-up to Luke Shaw. He’s certainly better than Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind is a stronger option at centre-back but it’s proved not to be the case.
I’m crossing my fingers that this loan spell works out for him. Too many times we see youngsters suffer from poor loan spells, let’s hope it doesn’t happen for Cameron.
