The Portuguese boss has had a mixed start to his Man United career after his side suffered a slight dip in form following a strong start to the season.
Man United have shown promising signs this season with their 4-1 win over Leicester City coming as a result of one of the best games of football the team have played since Sir Alex’s retirement.
Speaking about both managers, Rashford has revealed the differences in their methods.
“Van Gaal’s sessions are directly related to the games, whereas Mourinho is more about making players complete players,” he said.
“They are different and take getting used to, but everyone is relishing it.”
The 18-year old, who was handed his debut by former manager Louis van Gaal, feels new boss Mourinho’s training regime is much more enjoyable.
Van Gaal’s long and tedious training sessions did not please players and the changes at Carrington have been a breath of fresh air.
