Zlatan Ibrahimovic has continued his preparations for Manchester United’s trip to Liverpool later in the month as his team-mates feature for their international sides.
He turned 35 earlier in the week and has been continuously praised by team-mates for his work rate, with Herrera saying he doesn’t look any older than 28.
The Swede retired from international football after Euro 2016 and will be hoping to stay in shape and play at the highest possible level for Man United.
He took to social media to share his preparations.
Retiring from international football was the right move for Zlatan, although he has only improved with age, he’ll be able to produce some stunning showings at Old Trafford.
Jose Mourinho‘s side face the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool after the international break and having Zlatan match-fit will be a big boost.
He will play a vital role under the Portuguese boss and it’s amazing to see him working hard throughout the break to keep himself ready.
