Paul Pogba was in good spirits whilst training for the French national team ahead of the November international break.
Didier Deschamps’ side will take on Sweden in a World Cup qualifier on November 11 before hosting the Ivory Coast for a friendly on the 15th.
The 23-year-old was seen working hard ahead of Friday’s game with Sweden in Paris.
Sunday’s emphatic victory over Swansea City gave Man United fans a glimpse at what Pogba can offer. This is a man blessed with otherworldly levels of talent; his power going forward, intelligence and composure on the ball outstrips any 23-year-old midfielder in the world, but such bravado has only erupted on a sporadical basis since he arrived at Old Trafford in August.
Against Swansea, however, it was different: this was Pogba in his purest form, incessantly violating the home side’s very core. For 45 minutes he didn’t stop. Powerful run after powerful run, pin-point pass after pin-point pass. And then, with the game decided, he toyed around with Bob Bradley’s side.
United fans will be desperate to see Pogba replicate such braggadocio in the coming weeks once he returns from international duty.
