Manchester United fans were decidedly outraged with Marouane Fellaini‘s during their side’s 1-1 draw with Everton after the Belgian gave away a sloppy penalty minutes after coming on.
But Fellaini, brought on to provide muscle in the 85th minute, duly invalidated anything positive generated by the visiting side with a needless foul on Idrissa Gueye in the 89th, giving Leighton Baines a chance to level from the spot.
Man United fans were understandably livid with the 29-year-old.
Fellaini can't even pass a ball 5 yards

There are no words to describe my anger towards Fellaini right now.

As long as Fellaini is a Manchester United player, we will be a joke of a club. #MUFC

The only possible way to adequately convey my anger with Fellaini through the medium of writing is to quite literally bash my head repeatedly against the keyboard, endlessly screaming until I eventually tire and just kind of lie there, my head – probably concussed and bloody – lying flat and motionless on the broken keyboard, and I just sob, uncontrollably sob, because that is what football does to you. That is what having Fellaini in your team does to you.
To see your side work tirelessly all afternoon (at a ground where they hardly win) and cleverly engineer a position where they are minutes from a vital three points, only to then see it all ripped to shreds with one moment of stupidity, is nothing short of heartbreaking.
