Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored within the first five minutes against West Bromwich Albion to give Manchester United an early lead at the Hawthorns.
But as good as his goal was, it was his celebration with Jesse Lingard which was the best part of it all. I mean, look at Jesse’s face! Zlatan is scaring his own teammates as well as defenders.
That goal put Zlatan on nine goals in his last nine appearances and 15 in total for Man United this season. At 35 there were real question marks over whether he could manage it in the Premier League but he’s been pretty emphatic in the response to that – don’t ever doubt me.
And the crazy thing about it all is that as many goals as Zlatan has scored, he’s missed a host of sitters so could well be on 20 goals if he had been a bit more clinical across the season.
Either way, he is 6 foot 5, he is hard as f**k and he does get the reds excited because we’ve got a player who now fills you with real confidence that he’ll score when he’s got a chance.
