The Englishman has been forced to watch from the sidelines for the last five games with a groin injury since coming off at half-time in the EFL Cup win over West Ham last month.
He was a vital player to the side, but has been unlucky with his injuries during his time at Old Trafford, keeping him from reaching his full potential.
Speaking about his return in his press conference ahead of the fixture, Mourinho claimed it won’t be long until he’s back with the rest of the team.

Mourinho hasn’t been able to fill the gap Shaw left in the side with his absence and there’s no doubt that his return will be a massive boost for the squad.
United have been in brilliant form recently and Mourinho’s plans appear to be finally taking shape at Old Trafford, and it’ll only get better from here.
Hopes are Shaw will be able to return to action soon as his presence has been missed on the pitch.
