Marcos Rojo could find himself in hot water after what looked like a stamp on Eden Hazard in the closing stages of Manchester United’s 1-0 defeat to Chelsea.
Rojo fouled Hazard and followed through with his foot on Hazard’s chest in an incident which wasn’t seen by Michael Oliver.
Following Tyrone Mings’ five match ban for stamping on Zlatan Ibrahimovic‘s head only recently, you can expect there to be an intense pressure and scrutiny aimed at this situation. What’s your view on it? Here’s the video.

If we’re being honest, it won’t be a surprise to see Rojo banned after that and how pointless that would be because up until that point he’d been brilliant. That’s what happens when you play on the edge in a big game like this, sometimes you can go too far and it looks like that has gone on.
There’ll no doubt be more clarity on the situation in the morning but with Ander Herrera and Zlatan Ibrahimovic already banned for the game this weekend, Rojo may well be joining them on the sidelines.
