Jose Mourinho has given an early team news on his Manchester United squad ahead of their clash against Chelsea at Old Trafford on 16 April.
Man United meet Chelsea in the Premier League following the 4-0 defeat back in October and the 1-0 defeat in the FA Cup earlier in the season.
The side sit four points behind fourth-placed Manchester City and must claim all three points against Antonio Conte’s squad to avoid falling behind in their main aim of a Champions League qualification ahead of next campaign.
Speaking ahead of the fixture, Mourinho claims he doesn’t even have players to rotate after the recent injury crisis.
“For some of the boys it is not a big problem to play match after match with two days difference, but for some others, it is more difficult. Their nature, their age, their DNA, it is not so easy,” he said.
“We have important injuries, we don’t have many players to rotate and is some position we have no choice. It is an obvious choice because there are no others.
“So it is difficult compared to a team when the last time they played was at the weekend, and thy had time off, time to prepare for the game, time to close the training ground and work very privately in top secret situations. So, of course, they are much better prepared foe the game than us.”
Mourinho has previously claimed he could be set to put an emphasis on the Europa League and if the side fail to claim any points from the Chelsea clash that could be the case as they fall further behind the top four.
Chelsea have been in fine form this season but the players will be up for the clash, especially after the previous two encounters.
