Manchester United had a 23-man squad in training on Wednesday ahead of our trip to Spain for our Europa League semi-final with Celta Vigo.
Paul Pogba was back to give Jose Mourinho a much needed injury boost as were Phil Jones and Chris Smalling. Eric Bailly also trained as well having seemingly overcome the injury which forced him off against Swansea at the weekend.
Youngsters Scott McTominay and Matty Willock were also drafted in to make up the numbers.
Man United’s training squad for Celta Vigo: De Gea, Romero, Pereira; Bailly, Blind, Darmian, Jones, Smalling, Tuanzebe, Valencia, Young; Carrick, Fellaini, Herrera, Lingard, Mata, McTominay, Mkhitaryan, Pogba, Willock; Martial, Rashford, Rooney.
That’s the healthiest our squad has looked in a good few games and Juan Mata is in there as well, so Mourinho has some actual options to rate on Thursday or Sunday against Arsenal.
We’ll bring you the travelling squad as soon as it is announced as Mourinho will only take 18 players with him to Celta Vigo, meaning a few will get left behind.
