Mourinho has already won the EFL Cup and Community Shield in his first season at Old Trafford and is close to guiding the side to the Europa League final.
The Englishman scored an incredible free kick in the 1-0 victory over Celta Vigo in the Europa League semi-final first leg last week and has stepped up in Zlatan Ibrahimovic‘s absence.
Speaking about the team, Rashford claims Mourinho has got the players focused on winning silverware.
“He’s the right man to bring us where we want to be,” said Rashford. “It’s the biggest club in the world and the ambition is to win everything, but we have to take it step by step.
“We’re improving as a team and as individuals, so we’ll just take it game by game. I think we’ve found stability and we’re all working hard together – the players, the manager to find that within the team.”
Rashford has been spectacular this season and it’ll only get better as he takes over from Ibrahimovic in the central role.
The 19-year-old is only at the start of his career at Old Trafford and it’s scary to think about how good he can go on to become with some guidance from Mourinho.
