Ivan Perisic is prepared to put the pressure on Inter Milan to secure a transfer to Manchester United in the summer transfer window, according to reports.
He’s emerged as one of Jose Mourinho‘s priority targets and it seemed like Man United could have picked him up on a cheap when Inter were forced to meet Financial Fair Play regulations last month, however, they were able to raise the funds with smaller deals and are now hopeful of keeping the Croatian.
La Repubblica claim Perisic is ready to force forward a move to Old Trafford as he had told his agent he is keen on a switch to England and the chance to play under Mourinho.
Man United are unwilling to table a bid in excess of €30m, while Inter are said to be holding out for at least €50m as they are in no position to be forced to sell Perisic, unless he backs them into the corner and pushes a move through.
He’s due to return to Inter next week for pre-season, but it seems like he’ll be trying hardest to achieve his dreams of playing in the Premier Leauge and proving himself on the main stage.
