Manchester United fans were delighted to see the official announcement of Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgian has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford over the last few days after BBC claimed a £75m fee had been agreed by both clubs.
He was expected to go to Chelsea before the agreement and they had even matched Man United’s offer over £75m, however, Lukaku has chosen to join up with Jose Mourinho once again.
Here’s what supporters on social media had to say about the situation.
Unreal how Mourinho didn't let Chelsea insert a buy back clause when Lukaku was sold to Everton. Man is 2 years ahead of everyone.

Supporters were expecting to see Real Madrid’s Alvaro Morata make the move, but with the Spanish club playing hardball over a transfer fee, United switched their attention to completing a deal for Lukaku, who remained a priority target.
United announced the deal at 8 AM on Saturday morning and it was a wonderful way to wake up, especially after Chelsea had lodged a bid hoping to lure Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho has seen Lukaku as a player that can replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic and although some fans have their doubts, there are no questions over his undeniable amount of quality.
