Manchester United have eight days to fidnd an agreement in the Ivan Perisic deal with Inter Milan, according to reports.
Tuttosport claim Jose Mourinho wants the 28-year-old to be his fourth summer signing, previously confirming he’s still waiting for one more player, if the current transfer market allows it.
Man United have been talking to Inter since the end of last season and Mourinho was hoping to sign him on a cheap while Inter were looking to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations, however, after raising the funds through smaller deals, Inter have been trying to keep hold of their star asset.
Inter are hoping United will cave into their demands of £50m for Perisic and are only willing to negotiate the fee if Anthony Martial is included the deal.
Man United have a maximum of eight days to reach an agreement with Inter, but with Inter playing hardball, Perisic could apparently be taken off the market.
Perisic would be a brilliant addition at United, but Martial should not be allowed to leave, the Frenchman has started pre-season in great form and has proven he has what it takes to make an impact ahead of a big season in the Premier League and Champions League.
