Manchester United fans were quick to heap praise on Marcus Rashford for what was a dominant display out wide during their side’s 4-0 win over West Ham United on Sunday.
The 19-year-old, featuring on the left-hand side, struggled with his first touch initially but quickly found his groove, driving through the middle of West Ham’s midfield before supplying Lukaku with a perfect ball to net Man United’s opener after 32 minutes.
He then turned up the heat in the second half, ripping Pablo Zabaleta to shreds with a series of penetrative runs and coming inches away from scoring with a drive that struck the inside of the post.
And supporters wasted no time taking to social media to hail the 19-year-old for another powerful display on the flank.
Rashford is such a special talent. No bullshit and brilliant gameplay. Great future ahead.

We should never forget that Rashford is just 19. That notion never fails to amaze me.
Teenagers in the past have, of course, burst onto the scene and propelled themselves to stardom by bringing to the table a direct, effervescent style on the ball, providing an element of youthful fearlessness so integral to any winning side.
But what astounds the most, as seen in emphatic fashion against Slaven Bilic’s men, is the maturity he displays on the ball. His awareness of what surrounds him and, crucially, ability to execute the right pass is something honed over time, yet Rashford is already miles ahead of any other youngster in that department. And he will only continue to improve with more time under Mourinho’s tutelage and, of course, alongside players like Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic this season.
