Manchester United have held talks with Paris Saint Germain over winger Julian Draxler, according to reports.
Draxler has fallen down the pecking order at the French side, especially since Neymar’s record breaking transfer and he has been left considering his future this summer.
Reports claim Man United are one of four clubs who have already held talks with PSG to register their interest in Draxler.
PSG have allegedly claimed Draxler will only be sold if the right offer is made as they can’t be forced to sell at this point.
However, Draxler will be looking for more game time as Jose Mourinho could finally land his fourth signing, even if it wasn’t the player he initially set out for.
The deal for Ivan Perisic has continued to stall and Mourinho will face tough competition for his services as Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are the other three Premier League clubs reportedly interested.
Woodward is understood to have met Perisic’s agent, Fali Ramadani, in recent days to try to push through a deal, however, there are doubts a deal will go through as Mourinho has already claimed he’d be happy to move forward with just three signings this summer due to the current market.
