Jack Butland insists he would deal with replacing David de Gea at Manchester United this summer.
The Stoke City goalkeeper has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford and has recently been asked about the possibility of replacing de Gea at Old Trafford.
Real Madrid have still been interested in the Spaniard even though Jose Mourinho says he will definitely not leave the club this summer.
Speaking about a potential move to Man United, Butland claimed he could deal with a transfer.
“I always [get asked that,” he said.
“Like I said I’m really happy here and if that opportunity ever came round it’s something you’ve got to deal with at the time.
“I’m really happy, felt incredible after that win. Hopefully I can continue that here and who knows that the future holds.”
He spoke about Jose Mourinho‘s interest in the past, insisting it was the biggest club in the world and that he wanted to win trophies playing Champions League football.
There were doubts over de Gea’s future at United but it seems like he’s set to stay after being left impressed by what Mourinho is building
