Manchester United fans have expressed mixed opinions in response to Andreas Pereira‘s loan move to Valencia this season.
The Brazilian enjoyed a superb loan spell at Granada last term, making 37 appearances, and supporters were keen to see him feature under Jose Mourinho following a positive pre-season tour.
But in spite of the 54-year-old’s attempts to block the move, Pereira joined the La Liga side on a season-long loan with no option to buy on the final day of the Spanish transfer window.
And some Man United fans were quick to voice their disappointment with seeing such a talented prospect loaned out once again.

Quite disappointed Pereira has gone out on loan really thought he could push for first time minutes this season!

Others, however, were supportive of seeing Pereira move somewhere else to receive more game time over the 2017/18 campaign.
Valencia will be a good place for Andreas Pereira this season. He'll work under a very good coach in Marcelino and play in a team on the up

Whether you agree or disagree with the move, this was Pereira’s decision, and you can hardly blame him. He wouldn’t have featured regularly for Mourinho this season, especially with the manager seeing him as more of a central midfielder.
And the chance to once again take La Liga by storm – this time for a young, exciting side moving in the right direction under new manager Marcelino – is simply too good to refuse for a player whose main priority is minutes on the pitch.
